Job Responsibilities

Intalio has openings for Enterprise Cloud Experts to manage customer rollouts of the IntalioCloud solution. The Enterprise Cloud Expert will support customers to explore the capabilities of the solution as well as subsequent implementation projects by acting as primary contact for the customer, providing training, project management support and expert advise.

The Enterprise Cloud Expert works onsite at the customers’ location and is supported by a dedicated technical administrator.

Job Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for the customer
• Training of customer’s employees on the capabilities of the IntalioCloud solution
• Understanding the customers’ business priorities and needs
• Project management in cooperation with the customer, based on the customers’ needs
• Driving of issue resolutions with the Intalio support and development teams
• Turning customer requirements into requests for development
• Proactive identification of new opportunities with the customer

Job Requirements

• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Experience in implementing complex application environments (e.g. CRM)
• Ability to span between infrastructure and application environment
• Solid experience in software development and infrastructure technologies including virtualization
• Willingness to adapt in a fast evolving environment
• Fluent in English and Japanese for Japan
• 24x7 availability for critical support escalation
• Willing to travel up to 100% and to relocate to customers’ location
• College degree (BS or MS) required
