Intalio unveils Summer '10 release

Intalio unveiled its upcoming Summer '10 release today in Tokyo, Japan. This introduction follows Intalio's long-standing tradition of unveiling new products in this country first. This tradition was initiated in June 1999 when the ExoLab platform (a precursor to Intalio|Cloud) was first presented in Tokyo at the Euro-Japan Conference on Open Source. Today's presentation took place at the Toyo Business Engineering Corporation, and focused on the Intalio|Cloud Stack and Intalio's roadmap for BPM.

Intalio extends team in Argentina

Intalio is extending its Research & Development team in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with the hire of additional software engineers. Our team there is 10 people strong, and expected to double in size within the next 12 months. While the original team came through the acquisition of CodeGlide back in May 2009, we found offshore development in Argentina to be extremely effective, due to the availability of extremely talented engineers, the proximity to our California headquarters from a time zone standpoint, and the relatively low costs of operation. This team complements the ones currently working in China, India, Russia, and Ukraine.

Intalio expands team in Tokyo

Following the recent addition of major new customers, Intalio increased its team in Tokyo to five full-time resources, with plans of doubling the team in Japan within the next 12 months. Intalio's consultants on the ground are working with companies such as Mitsubishi Corporation and Mitsui to support the deployment of private cloud platforms, as well as a local telecommunications service provider developing a new public cloud offering.

KBW selects Intalio

The German cable company Kabel BW GmbH & Co. has recently selected Intalio for a major BPM project implemented in partnership with Cirquent. The product was selected over alternative offerings for its ability to model and execute the most complex business processes, with minimum consultant training. More information about Intalio for the Communications & Media industry can be found on our Customers page.

Brazilian Government selects Intalio

The Government of Brazil has selected Intalio|BPMS for multiple e-Government projects. The product's ease of use and the availability of its source code were some of the reasons invoked for the selection. The system is already deployed in production in various government agencies. More information about Intalio for the Public Sector can be found on our Customers page.

BizIntegral selects Intalio

Intalio recently added Japanese software vendor NTT DATA BizIntegral to its list of OEM customers. BizIntegral is using some components of Intalio|PaaS to develop a next-generation ERP application. This major customer win follows the partnership established with NTT DATA intra-mart in 2008, which played a key role in helping Intalio establish its market presence in Japan.
