Job Responsibilities
- Respond to web and phone inquiries
- Qualify leads and pass opportunities to the appropriate representative
- Achieve monthly quota of training and coaching services opportunities
- Assist in building the foundation for a solid client relationship
Job Requirements
- Outstanding customer services skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and phone skills
- Dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic and focused on results
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Minimum 1-2 internships in a business environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous software sales experience a plus
