Technical Writer

• Location: Palo Alto, CA

Job Description

Intalio has an immediate opening for a talented technical writer to grow our product documentation and help support a rapidly growing customer base and list of projects. You will be responsible for creating new documentation for Intalio|Cloud. You will have the opportunity to craft downloadable sample, screencasts, and other media to reinforce your written documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Document various features of the Intalio|Cloud stack, including services (CRM, DMS, BPM, etc), platform, and infrastructure layers.
• Create downloadable samples, movies, slide shows, and other media to enhance written documentation when appropriate.

Job Requirements

• English fluency
• Attention to details
• Basic knowledge of HTML and image editing
• Web design experience is useful
• Image editing and any multimedia creation experience is useful
• Software development background in school or industry is useful
• Japanese reading and writing experience at any level is useful
