INTALIO LAUNCHES APAC OPERATIONS FROM SINGAPORE
New Singapore Offices Provide Local Support and Training

PALO ALTO, Calif. and SINGAPORE, Malaysia — Feb. 21, 2008 — Intalio, Inc., the leading Open Source BPMS company, today announced the launch of its Asia-Pacific offices in Singapore. The recent trend of increased customer demand for Intalio|BPMS™ in Asia prompted the move into providing local support and training services to customers not only in Southeast Asia but also China, India, and Australia, thanks to the growing network of System Integration partners.

The next training session is scheduled for February 26-27 in Singapore; registration is still open. “Many companies located in Asia-Pacific contacted us recently as they are already starting to deploy Intalio|BPMS in their environment,” said Arnaud Blandin, business development director for Intalio. “It was key for them to see commitment from Intalio to support them as their projects mature. Asia is adopting our product at an incredible pace, and it is simply a region that we must invest in to fully capitalize on the momentum.”

Coming on the heels of Intalio’s launch of the Intalio Japanese Community, the company is stepping up services provided to the Asia-Pacific community. Customers will have access to support personnel knowledgeable about the region. Companies in Asia are pushing to adopt new technologies to help control and maximize the efficiency of their processes in order to compete in an increasingly automated global environment. Particularly with organizations looking to Asia to outsource part of their process automation, the need for training and support in the area has become a top priority.

“As our customers are embracing our offering based on Intalio|BPMS and some of the best proven open source solutions, we welcome the Intalio initiative to open an office in Singapore,” stated Neville Bradbury, managing director for OpenSoft, an Intalio System Integrator partner. “We look forward to working closely with them to provide the professional services, software and support needed for Asia-Pacific for the Intalio|BPMS platform.”

The new offices have already had a positive impact on customers. Dennis Fung, CTO of Genoko, an Intalio Systems Integration partner that manages IT project implementation for Fuji Xerox in Singapore, commented that his company “was somewhat tentative in implementing an Intalio|BPMS solution until the recent setup in Asia. The commitment shown assures us that there will be direct support and a response time that will allow us to get answers as fast as possible.”
