INTALIO LAUNCHES WORLDWIDE PARTNER PROGRAM
19 Global System Integrators Sign for Distribution Rights, Lead Sharing

PALO ALTO, Calif. — Feb. 26, 2008 — Intalio, Inc., the leading Open Source BPMS company, today announced a new worldwide Partner Program to provide System Integrators (SI) with resources for implementing and integrating a complete Business Process Management System (BPMS) with their clients’ existing infrastructure. The program offers three levels: Silver, Gold, and Platinum – depending on the needs of the SI. All partners receive technical and marketing support, discounts to training and consulting, and commissions. For more information, please refer to the Partner Program Fact Sheet. Currently, 19 System Integrators worldwide have signed up for the Intalio Partner Program, with such notable companies as Ancud (Germany), OpenSoft (Australia), Projeler (Brazil), and Wego (Italy).

“Partners are the lifeblood of our company,” stated Ismael Ghalimi, Intalio founder and CEO. “Our business model is founded on a clear separation between support and implementation. We provide training and support, while our partners implement and integrate the product into the customer’s existing application network. Without strong partners, we would not have the growth path we are enjoying today.”

Intalio’s BPMS Platform includes BPMN and BPEL industry standards; embeds a Document Management System (DMS); and integrates Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Portal, Workflow, Business Activity Monitors and a Business Rules Engine (BRE) to provide the most complete Open Source BPMS solution available. Partners provide the resources to help manage these complex integration scenarios for the customer. While other Business Process vendors have significant overlap with their partners, providing similar implementation services, Intalio has created a clear benefit for both parties.

“The talent and vision on Intalio's team, coupled with OpenSoft's enterprise expertise in integration and the similar vision we both have, has provided one of the best collaborative experiences,” commented Neville Bradbury, managing director of OpenSoft Australia. “With Intalio, we sealed a major global banking institution that enabled the delivery of key banking processes, stretching global boundaries well within the aggressive timetable and complex security demands required.”

Platinum partners receive leads based on their geographic territory. Both Gold and Platinum members have the rights to redistribute the binaries of Intalio applications. All partners also receive at least one dedicated support person, access to the Intalio Partner Portal, and automatic software updates.
“With its focus on business users and standard compliance, Intalio is an essential part of our enterprise portal applications,” stated Konstantin Boehm, CEO of Ancud IT Beratung GmbH.
