Term: month by month basis
Service days: Monday through Friday
Hours of operation: 9am-5pm
Response time: One (1) business day
Maximum support: Unlimited

Error correction: Yes

Intalio|On Demand: $1.500 per month. Includes licenses, bandwidth, maintenance, and support.
Intalio|Portal: Included
Intalio|DMS: additional $1.500 per month. Using Alfresco.
Intalio|BAM: additional $1.000 per month.
