Partner Programs

Partners are critical to our success, and an integral part of our ecosystem. We have developed programs for Systems Integrators, Value Added Resellers, and Independent Software Vendors, subscribed by over 100 partners around the World.

Benefits

Intalio is committed to delivering the very best software for Private Cloud Computing. As such, we have limited resources for professional services, and rely on partners for the delivery of complete solutions to our customers. The relationship is mutually beneficial: partners get leads and privileged access to our software engineering resources, while Intalio gets a champion in the local community. Becoming an Intalio Certified Partner provides several key benefits:

  • Technical support according to professional Service Level Agreements
  • Discounts on all Intalio services (training classes, consulting services, etc.)
  • Private access to Intalio Partner Portal for sharing sales and marketing information
  • Access to leads (when applicable)
  • Increased visibility of your business on the Intalio website
  • Ability to use the “Intalio Certified Partner” logo on your website
  • Participation to joint marketing events

Partnership Programs

Intalio offers three programs adapted to your business model:

Systems Integrator (SI): This program targets Systems Integrators that provide services such as design, best practice review, and implementation to customers. According to this program, customers purchase support subscriptions directly from Intalio, making it easy for partners to get started with Intalio, at a very low cost of entry.

Value Added Reseller (VAR): This program allows Value Added Resellers to redistribute Intalio’s software and provide support for it directly to customers. Partners add value by providing methodologies, templates, or solutions targeted at specific business problems, while Intalio is used as a technology facilitator.

Independent Software Vendor (ISV): This program is offered to Independent Software Vendors that want to embed (or ship separately) Intalio’s products as part of their software offerings. This program covers both our Open Source Software (OSS) and our Commercial Software (CS), and can be applied to our entire product stack or to its components individually.

Partnership Levels

Intalio offers three membership levels for each partner program:

Systems Integrators and Value Added Resellers have the following options:

  • Silver: allows partners to quickly gain access to Intalio’s products and start receiving technical support.
  • Gold: addressess the needs of most our partners needing to deliver multi-country and multi-industry expertise.
  • Platinum: tailored for companies covering multiple regions and wanting to develop a strategic relationship with Intalio.

Independent Software Vendors have the following options:

  • Open Source Silver: offers support and training services only for Intalio sponsored open source components.
  • Commercial Software Gold: provides Service Level Agreements (SLA) addressing the needs of the majority of ISVs.
  • Commercial Software Platinum: for ISVs needing indemnification, higher support levels, and the shortest response times.
