Report Editor

Intalio|Report Editor lets users produce real-time reports from multiple data sources. Reports can be downloaded as PDF or XLS documents, or embedded into corporate portals or public websites. Intalio|Reports can be used with data produced by any Intalio application or any external database.

Design Sophisticated Reports

Intalio|Report Editor lets users join multiple objects or database tables to produce complex reports with advanced grouping, filtering, and calculation options. Furthermore, Intalio|Report Editor does not limit the number of objects that can be joined to create complex reports. And because Intalio|Cloud stores all objects directly into a relational database, existing reporting tools such as SAP Crystal Reports can be used as well.

Analyze Data

Reports produced by Intalio|Report Editor can be analyzed with Microsoft Excel or Intalio|Web Office, the spreadsheet component of Intalio|Web Office. Data can also be exported to any Business Intelligence tool such as SAP BusinessObjects. Additionally, Intalio|Labs is currently working on a new Business Intelligence application (Intalio|BI) that will support multi-dimensional data analysis with an integrated OLAP server (release timeframe to be announced).

Create Dynamic Dashboards

Intalio|Report Editor can also be used in combination with Intalio|Sheets in order to produce dynamic dashboards that embed real-time data and charts. Complex calculations can be implemented with formulas and macros, and dashboards can be published onto corporate portals or public websites. Dashboards use standard AJAX technology for their presentation layer, therefore are accessible from mobile devices such as Apple's iPhone and iPad.
