Startup Coach

This package has been designed to coach new users when getting started with Intalio, before committing to any Intalio subscriptions. The Startup Coach package is offered at 5,000 (USD/EUR), and provides the following services:

• 3 months of technical support.
• Access to your designated Intalio coach 3 times in 3 months for 1 hour calls.
• 1 coupon of 1000 (USD/EUR) to be used for any other Intalio services.

Accelerator

This package has been designed to boost your first Intalio deployment project, with the very minimum level of services provided. The Accelerator package is offered at 12,000 (USD/EUR) and provides the following services:

• 2 days of onsite training.
• 1 month of technical support.
• Access to your designated coach twice for 1 hours calls during a month period.
• 1 x 2 days onsite consulting provided by designated coach (travel not included).

Fast Track

This package has been designed to ensure the success of your first Intalio project, or any follow-on project. The Fast Track package is offered at 20,000 (USD/EUR), and provides the following services:

• 2 seats in any Intalio 2 days public training classes.
• 3 months of technical support.
• Access to your designated coach twice for 1 hour calls during a 3 month period.
• 2 x 3 days onsite consulting provided by designated coach (travel not included).
• 1 coupon of 5,000 (USD/EUR) for a Gold or Platinum subscription.

Onsite Coach

Process Experts are available for onsite consulting projects requiring advanced architectural expertise, or extension of the Intalio Business Process Platform. Process Experts are available at a daily rate of 3,000 (USD/EUR), plus expenses.

Ongoing Coach

Ongoing Coach is a program that provides access to a designated coach who can be reached by email or phone anytime during regular business hours, and is available for onsite visits for 2 sessions every quarter. A session can be up to 3 days in duration. This Process Expert only works with a maximum of 3 customers at a time, helping guarantee the success of your projects through continuous review and knowledge transfer. The Process Expert can also help customers build their own BPM Center of Excellence (CoE). Many analyst firms have singled out CoE's as a key ingredient to significantly increase the odds of success for any BPM project.
