Training

Intalio offers public training sessions in many locations around the world, on all five continents. We also offer online training for BPMN and Intalio Business Edition, as well as onsite training that can be customized to meet a specific business objective.

Our public training classes are two, three, or four days in length. Day one focuses on BPM discovery. On day two, all attendees create their first two fully executable processes — both business and IT users. Day three focuses on some of the more technical aspects of the Intalio platform. Day four gives attendees an opportunity to work with the components that are exclusive to the Intalio Enterprise Edition (EE), including Business Activity Monitoring (BAM), Business Rules Engine (BRE), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Portal. In all four days of this training, process-oriented development techniques and methodologies are integrated with the natural flow of the course.

Our online training sessions are primarily focused on BPMN process modeling, but also provide an introduction to the methodology and techniques used to discover and govern business processes on an ongoing basis. Often, our customers use this course to reinforce topics learned during a public training session, but the class can be attended without any prior experience with our product or any other BPM platform. While our BPMN training sessions are largely independent of our product and focus on the standard aspects of the BPMN 1.1 and BPMN 2.0 specifications, another online training session covers the newly released Intalio Business Edition.

Depending on specific objectives, Intalio offers up to five consecutive days of customized training. General topics usually cover process modeling, process governance and best practices, process engineering, process re-engineering, business rules integration, and any other topics offered through public classes or online sessions. Topics specific to Intalio's products include the development of executable processes, integration with web services and proprietary systems, use of components offered by Intalio Enterprise Edition, process engineering for long-term change control, best practices, system administration, and any other topics offered through public classes or online sessions.
