We are looking for an Account Manager to build rapport with clients and offer quick answers to their queries.
This job is perfect for you if you could offer effective solutions and work toward accomplishing the goals. You will be responsible for evaluating clients’ needs and be the face of the company.
If you can build profitable and long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business targets, then you are most welcome. Experience in customer service would be an added advantage.
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
- Prepare/update the pipeline on weekly basis
- Report on the status of accounts
- Gather information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans)
- Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan
- Provide after-sales support to retain customers
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
- Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction
- Coordinate with Sales Manager to create customized sales plans for key clients
- Promote new products/services to existing customers
Qualifications and experience:
- Proven work experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Arabic/English speaking is a must.
