Human Resources Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s attendance system and employees hiring through posting job descriptions, get CVs, and employee performance programs.
To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.

HR Executive Responsibilities

  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Review current HR attendance system and recommend more effective software (Open Bravo)
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Knowledge in Lebanese labor law and employees handbook

HR Executive Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a highly visible role
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or business administration
  • 5+ years of management experience in HR
  • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Word and Excel) and various HR software programs including Open Bravo
