Béchara Wakim, Executive Chairman of the Board and Founder

After several years teaching and researching at several universities in Europe & the Middle East, Béchara Wakim founded his first IT company in 1982, providing solutions for the Investment Management Decision Support market. He then became a major shareholder and the Managing Director of one of the document management software pioneers. Béchara successfully exited from the company, and built a merger and acquisition business for 4 years, until the founding of Everteam. Béchara has been the Chairman and CEO of Everteam since 1992. Béchara is a Mathematics graduate and has a PhD in Applied Mathematics and IT.

Firas Raouf, Chief Executive Officer

Firas Raouf has a unique combination of startup and venture capital experience. Most recently he has been founder of [N]squared Advisory, a consultancy that helps non-US based software startups get established in the US. In that role, Mr. Raouf provided hands-on support with building company operations in the US, including transitioning the headquarters and founders, and advised organizations such as ProofHQ, Xink, GetApp, and Panorama9. Prior to [N]squared Advisory, Mr. Raouf was a founding partner at OpenView Venture Partners in Boston. While at OpenView, Mr. Raouf led investments in seven high growth expansion stage software companies, three of which were acquired successfully and four continue on a high growth track. Prior to OpenView, Mr. Raouf was co-founder and COO of three startups based in California including eEye Digital Security, eCompany, and eHook. Before his startup days, Mr. Raouf was a senior consultant at Booz & Company, and Senior Engineer at Eli Lilly. Mr. Raouf earned his BSEE at Northeastern University and an ME in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College.

Annie Thieulent was an International Sales Manager with a company operating in the field of Document Management, where she successfully set up a worldwide partnership network. A co-founder of Everteam in early 1990, she was involved in the development of sales and marketing strategy. In 2005, Annie took on the role of Chief Operating Officer. She holds a Masters degree in foreign languages applied to scientific translation & documentation from the University of Strasburg.

Stuart Finn brings more than 20 years of successful sales and channel leadership to his role at Intalio as senior vice president of global sales. He was the founding sales & marketing executive at comScore Networks (NASDAQ: SCOR) where he helped build the company.
