Background and Objectives:
Faced with the daily generation of countless correspondences, EDCO aimed to transition to a paperless work environment to lower operational costs and promote long-term sustainability. It needed to strengthen its digital infrastructure and boost institutional efficiency by embracing cutting-edge solutions for correspondence management. These include automating inbound, outbound, memorandum, and decision-making procedures, as well as seamlessly integrating with EDCO’s existing systems.
