The University of Hail provides high-quality education to as many as 12000 students. The university aims to enhance interaction and collaboration between the university and the community following the highest standards. The university also has strategic objectives for its postgraduates to excel in the labor market.
This created the burden of maintaining reliable communication with present and old students on the one hand and managing internal correspondences with different departments and entities on the other.
UOH needed to streamline the circulation of its documents within departments and keep them safe and easy to be accessed.
Intalio offered UOH a solution to overcome these challenges; the solution included Intalio Correspondence Automation and Tracking, Advanced lmaging Module, Template, Digital Signature, in addition to Intalio Mobility, a correspondence mobile app for iOS & Android.
This allowed UOH to streamline its internal and external correspondences, reduce time and effort needed to complete processes, raise the level of security, improve productivity, and elevate the level of communication with its students.
